ARCHES is a EU-funded project that seeks to make museums more accessible to all through new technologies. Thanks to the support of the European Union, ARCHES has brought together disabled people, technology companies, universities and museums. Together, they develop and test technological solutions, such as interactive tactile reliefs and Apps.

The groups are meeting in London, Madrid, Oviedo and Vienna. Their experiences and suggestions help researchers improve the Apps, games and language avatars.

The interactive reliefs will help visitors with special needs to understand the artworks. With our Apps you will be able to adjust colors, read QRs, convert text to audio and get information from avatars in sign language.

Soon, you will be able to download our accessible apps and find more information about ARCHES activities in museums, the technology, and interesting links. For the moment, please find out who we are and what we do to make culture more accessible for you.
